Domestic orders arrive in 3–5 business days after the 2–3 day processing window. International orders typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also reach out to support@elfcloset.store with your order number for a live status update.

This varies by country and is set by your local customs authority, not by ELF Closet. Duties and import taxes, if any, are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Unstitched pieces can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Full details are on our Exchanges & Refunds page.

Sale pieces are final sale for refunds, but we're happy to arrange a size exchange where stock allows.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately, no questions asked.

The vast majority of our catalogue, including Coco Prints, Bin Saeed and the Azadi Edit, is sold unstitched, so you can tailor the fit to your own measurements. The Maryum & Maria festive edit is also unstitched, ready for your tailor to bring to life.

Each product page includes a Size Guide link with fabric measurements. Since pieces are unstitched, most customers order based on their preferred finished-garment measurements rather than a standard S/M/L.

We photograph every piece in natural daylight and colour-correct carefully, but slight variation is normal across different screens and fabric dye lots.
