Every ELF Closet order is packed by hand and shipped worldwide. Here is exactly what to expect, from checkout to your doorstep.
Processing time
Unstitched pieces are made to order in small batches. Allow 2–3 working days for your order to be inspected, folded and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email the moment it ships.
Domestic shipping: Pakistan
A flat rate of Rs.190 applies to every local order, regardless of cart size. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities and up to 7 business days for remote areas.
International shipping
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, the EU, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Australia, with more destinations added regularly. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and zone; estimated transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees levied by your destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your ELF Closet order total.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also track any order directly from the "How can I track my order?" question in our FAQs.
Delays
During festive periods (Eid, Independence Day, end-of-season sales) processing may take a little longer than usual. International parcels can also be held briefly at customs; we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated by email if this happens.
